Its location is magnificent, so close to the financial / business area as well as many restaurants and attractions. The hotel provides a good hot and rich breakfast with pastries and eggs cooked to order and again.

The location in a fantastic area was really nice, with a shopping mall and a Christmas market close by, and the service was extremely efficient.

I highly recommend Tivoli for a memorable and enjoyable experience in Lisbon.

Spent Christmas in a hotel that had good complementary breakfast and drinks vouchers. Location was prime, a walking distance to nearby attractions. They offered a membership for free internet and rooftop bar was amazing.

Our room was well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, a fully stocked bathroom, and breathtaking views of the city. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Additionally, the hotel offered fantastic facilities, such as a top-floor bar with stunning panoramic vistas.

The only drawback we encountered was the occasional inconsistency in housekeeping service, where some bathroom items were not replenished and the air conditioning needed multiple requests to be fixed.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, the staff made me feel like royalty. the room was absolutely luxurious and fully equipped with all exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness center was the perfect place to relax, with relaxing massages and body scrubs to choose from. the outdoor swimming pool was pristine, with plenty of sun loungers and a beautiful garden area to enjoy. the restaurant and bar area had a wide variety of delicious food and drinks, and the private facilities made for an extra special experience.

The only minor issue I had during my stay at this hotel was with the Wi-Fi connection. Although the staff was helpful and eventually fixed the problem, it was frustrating to deal with at the beginning.
